Eldritch RSPS – Official Rules

These rules apply to both in-game and Discord. By playing Eldritch RSPS, you agree to follow them at all times. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, or further disciplinary action depending on severity.

1. Respect Others

  • Toxic, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward players or staff is not tolerated.
  • Keep interactions civil. If issues arise, handle them respectfully or contact staff.

2. No Spamming

  • Do not flood chat with repeated messages, excessive caps, emojis, or nonsense text.
  • Applies to both in-game chat and Discord.

3. No Advertising

  • Advertising other RSPS servers, Discords, communities, or competing content is strictly prohibited.


4. No Real World Trading (RWT)

  • Buying/selling accounts, items, or currency for real money is not allowed.
  • Trading for assets from other games is also prohibited.
  • Attempting to bypass this rule (including middlemen) will result in punishment.

5. No Malicious Content

  • Do not share phishing links, viruses, misleading URLs, or hacking tools.
  • Any attempt to compromise another player’s account = immediate ban.

6. No Scamming

  • Any form of scamming is strictly forbidden.
  • Includes dishonest trades, false item values, or failing to return borrowed items.
  • Price manipulation using alternate accounts is also considered scamming.

7. Lending & Loans

  • Borrowed items must be returned in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Failure to do so will be treated as scamming.
  • Always screenshot lending transactions for your own protection.

8. No Impersonation

  • Do not impersonate players or staff.
  • This includes similar names, false claims of authority, or misleading identities.

9. Bug Abuse

  • Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics is not allowed.
  • Report bugs immediately:
  • Use the designated bug-report channel
  • Message a staff member directly for critical issues

10. Staff Interaction

  • You must respond if a staff member contacts or teleports to you.
  • Ignoring staff checks may result in punishment, especially in botting investigations.

11. No Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks are considered fraud.
  • Refunds are only issued for verified technical issues.
  • Chargebacks will result in:
  • Account wipe
  • Permanent ban
  • Possible linked account bans

12. English Only (Public Chat)

  • Public chat must be in English.
  • Other languages are allowed in private messages or private Discord channels.

13. Account Sharing

  • Allowed at your own risk.
  • We do not replace lost or stolen items.
  • Sharing for unfair advantage (events, giveaways, etc.) is not allowed.

14. No Rule Bending

  • Exploiting loopholes or technicalities is not allowed.
  • Staff decisions are final and made in the interest of fairness.

15. No Inappropriate Content

  • No NSFW, pornographic, or excessively offensive content in public areas.
  • Keep content appropriate for all players.

16. Usernames & Nicknames

  • Offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate names will be changed by staff.


17. Giveaways

  • Must be approved by a staff member before starting.
  • Cannot exceed allowed value limits.
  • Abuse, scams, or rule circumvention through giveaways will be punished.

18. Client Limit

  • Maximum of 2 clients per player.
  • Maximum of 2 battle passes (1 per account).

Important:

If you are found using multiple accounts to farm collection logs or funnel rewards (such as bonds) to a main account, immediate action will be taken.

Final Note

If you are ever unsure about a rule, ask a staff member first.

Not knowing the rules does not excuse rule-breaking.
