Here's a quick guide for Alchemical Hydra.
For the Alchemical Hydra I would recommend wearing Full Magne Gear or Higher, T1 Hp and T1 dmg if needed. This is also where you will be getting Celestial gear. There are 4 stages of the Hydra.
- First stage - The Hydra uses poison attack make sure to bring some Anti-poison Potions. When he uses the attack run away to avoid. Lure him towards the RED chemical vent.
- Second stage - This stage he uses an electrical type attack which paralyzes you. Lure him towards GREEN chemical vent.
- Third stage - At this stage he uses fire attacks, he will walk back and use his big fire attack. One of them follows you so you need to run away to avoid. Lure him towards the BLUE chemical vent.
- Fourth stage - At this stage he is pretty much dead so no need to worry.
In order to see the drop table, you'll have to examine it right as it is crumbling.
Don't forget to pay attention to the Chemical vents they shoot out the chemicals to indicate when the Hydra attacks and when he changes. At the start of each phase, it has a 75% damage reduction, which can be removed if it is lured over a vent on the floor which spews chemical liquid. However, the vent must be the correct one, corresponding to the combat triangle (e.g. when it is green, red will weaken it), otherwise the Hydra's damage is increased by up to 50%.
