Slayer System
Open the interface with: Ctrl + S
- 5 difficulty tiers across different Slayer Zones
- While on task, Superior Variants can spawn which give large Slayer Point bonuses and can also drop Sentinel Fashion pieces and Slayer Shards
Important Note Each Slayer monster has around 150k HP Because of that, it is not recommended to start Slayer too early in your progression. If your gear and damage are still low, tasks will feel slow and not really worth doing yet.
Task Streaks
Task Streaks are a big part of your points:
- 25 completed tasks
- 50 completed tasks
- 100 completed tasks
- 200 completed tasks
The higher your streak, the more points you get.
Task Flow
Use these hotkeys to make Slayer much faster:
Ctrl + X
- → Assign a new task
Ctrl + X
- again → Teleport to your task
Once you get used to this, you barely need to open the full interface.
Slayer Economy
You can exchange Slayer Points for Slayer Shards in the shop. That means you can:
- Sell your Slayer Points to other players
- Buy Slayer Points from other players
Good if you want fast progression or want to make money from extra points.
Slayer Perks
Go to:
Ctrl + S → Slayer Perks
There are 6 perks to unlock, including:
- Slayer Point Increase: +25% Slayer Points gained
- Slayer Reduced Amount: -25% kills required per task
- Slayer Difficulty Chance: Increased chance for higher difficulty tasks
- Slayer Killcount Multiplier: Each kill counts as 2
- Slayer AoE 2x: Hits up to 2 targets
- Superior Chance: Increased superior spawn rate
These make a huge difference once you start pushing Slayer harder.
Shoulder Pets
There are 5 shoulder pets in the Slayer Shop. These scale from early boosts all the way up to endgame bonuses. Example:
- Octopus Shoulder Pet → 10% more slayer points + 128 in every stat
- Dragon Shoulder Pet → 20% more slayer points + 182 in every stat
- Reindeer Shoulder Pet → 30% more slayer points + 264 in every stat
- Evil Bunny shoulder Pet → 40% more slayer points + 393 in every stat
- Necrolord Shoulder Pet → 50% more slayer points + 633 in every stat
These are very strong once you start investing into Slayer long term. Keep in mind: There is only 1 Slayer Zone at this time. More zones will be added in future updates!
Slayer/Slayer 2 Fashion Set's and Grimoire of the Rift
Sentinel Fashion Set
- Gives 5% damage per piece
- Ignis Set → +15% fashion damage per piece
- Samurai Set → +10% fashion damage per piece (Slayer 2 Bloodborne Boss) (Requires Spawn Bloodborne key)
Nice damage boost while building through Slayer. Grimoire of the Rift
- Obtainable through either the Slayer Shop or by Donating
- Lets you enter the Slayer Rift
- Applies 2x AOE once
- Every Grimoire used adds 30 minutes to the timer
So the effect does not stack repeatedly for more AOE, but you can keep extending the duration by using more Grimoires.
Slayer Rift
The Slayer Rift is accessed through the Grimoire of the Rift. Inside, you fight the TokHaar-Tok-Xil bosses which have a staggering 2M HP. Gear Recommendations:
- Full T3 Range/Mage Gears (T3 Instance is easily semi-afkable as they do not hit you back but is limited to 1k kills per instance)
- Melee is NOT recommended due to instant auto retaliate and pathing back and forth between bosses which will increase your chances of dying.
- T4 Dmg Artifact
- T4 HP Artifact
- Warmog Pet and lower pets as well (since the dmg % stacks for pet unlocks)
- Overload Pot & Turmoil for increased Damage
Important Positioning Tip It is not recommended to stand near other players in the Rift. The TokHaar bosses throw AOE bombs at players, and if multiple players are stacked together, that damage becomes really punishing and can easily kill both of you. For better efficiency:
- Spread out
- Do not stack on top of each other
- Camp two bosses at once when possible
That is the best way to farm the Rift efficiently without getting each other killed.
Slayer Rift Rewards
Killing the TokHaar bosses gives:
- Death Essence per kill
- Skeleton Fashion pieces
Skeleton Fashion Set
- Gives 10% damage per piece
This is a major upgrade and one of the big reasons to stay in the Rift once you are strong enough.
Throne of Souls
You can check your progress in the Quest Tab using the green orb. This is one of the main long-term progression systems tied directly to the Slayer Rift.
Thone of Soul Ranks
You rank up using Death Essence Ranks:
- Rank 1: Acolyte
- Rank 2: Gravecaller
- Rank 3: Soulbinder
- Rank 4: Deathweaver
- Rank 5: Lich Lord
Each rank has 6 levels to complete. Throne of Souls Bonuses Every rank gives permanent account-wide buffs, including:
- Prayer renewal
- Increased Slayer bonuses
- HP
- Bond Multiplier
- Boosts to all stats
This is where a lot of your long-term account power comes from. Progression Loop A simple way to look at the system:
- Get stronger first before starting Slayer
- Start Slayer once your damage is in a good spot
- Build task streaks and farm points
- Unlock perks and shoulder pets
- Use Grimoires to enter the Slayer Rift
- Farm Death Essence and Skeleton pieces
- Level up your Throne of Souls
Repeat and keep scaling Quick Tips
- Do not rush Slayer too early
- Push your task streaks as high as you can
- Superiors are a huge part of your point gain
- Shoulder pets are worth it
- Sentinel Fashion helps early, Skeleton fashion gives more dmg %
- In the Rift, always spread out
- Camping two TokHaar bosses at once is the most efficient way to farm
- Throne of Souls is one of the biggest long-term power systems in the game
Each Death Essence Provides 1m EXP
